Jared Mullowney Attorney

Jared earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. While in law school, Jared competed in nearly every advocacy competition the school hosted—ultimately winning a national championship in the 2012 National ABA Arbitration Competition. Jared was elected as Vice Chair of Trial Advocacy on the Texas Tech Board of Barristers, an invitation-only organization that helps students develop advocacy skills at all levels of a case. Jared graduated with honors and was inducted into the National Order of Barristers.

Since graduating law school, Jared has focused exclusively on representing plaintiffs for injuries and claims across Texas. Having tried over 25 cases before juries, Jared brings to The Barber Law Firm his experience and passion for representing injured parties.

Jared is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts.

Jared was recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers organization in 2019 while working at The Barber Law Firm in Dallas.

Jared is also involved in various pro bono matters.  Jared’s pro bono experience includes:

• Advised and assisted in the sale of a private medical practice.
• Successfully defended against and obtained dismissal of claims of neighbor harassment.
• Successfully assisted a homeowner resolve disputes with a HOA without the need for litigation.
