Bridgette Dipboye is the Practice Manager for The Barber Law Firm.  She joined the firm in 2015 with more than 10 years of practical business experience.  

After graduating Cum Laude from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2004, Bridgette joined a healthcare professional recruiting and staffing firm in Dallas.  During her 6-year tenure, she advanced from an entry-level marketing role to running a full desk for the firm’s marketing, recruitment, and office management.  Among her various professional achievements with the recruiting firm, Bridgette was honored to have earned the work experience required by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI®) in order to apply for credentialing in the human resources profession.  With her BBA degree in Human Resources, her applied work experience, and the successful completion of the competency exam, Bridgette earned the Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR®) in 2008.   She later applied her professional aptitude to operate her own successful business from 2011 to 2015.

Bridgette joined The Barber Law Firm in the Fall of 2015 as an executive assistant, and was later promoted to the Practice Manager in the Spring of 2018.  As the Practice Manager, Bridgette directly supports Kristopher Barber to ensure the firm’s proficiency and is often his liaison for the firm’s internal and external communication.  Her responsibilities include marketing, business development, client and medical provider relations, internal procedural compliance, case management, as well as overall support for all team members.

When away from the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, two children, and two miniature dachshunds.
