Our founder, Kristopher Barber, began his legal profession as an attorney at a large insurance defense firm. During his trial work as a defense attorney, he learned how cases are defended and the circumstances under which insurance companies pay to settle lawsuits. It is that knowledge that he now uses to handle injury cases, auto accident cases, product liability cases, and other Dallas personal injury claims for the firm’s clients.
