A 900-acre restaurant designed to hold a captivating experience and atmosphere opens its door to serve premium food on Valentine’s Day according to an FSR article from February 15. In it they say,
“Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, a scratch kitchen restaurant and steakhouse offering exceptional wood-grilled dishes, bold flavors, and seasonal ingredients, opened Monday, Feb. 14 at Alliance Town Center, Hillwood’s 900-acre master-planned shopping, dining and entertainment district in north Fort Worth. Firebirds is known for seasoned hand-cut aged steaks, fresh seafood, chicken, ribs, and burgers prepared over an open flame.
“Firebirds’ signature American entrées and warm hospitality are a perfect fit for Fort Worth,” says Firebirds CEO Steve Kislow. “General Manager Michy Cruz, Executive Chef Sean Martin and our talented team members look forward to sharing our fire-grilled specialty dishes with the community.”
Firebirds’ new Alliance Town Center restaurant features an energetic design concept and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The modern design and décor include light-colored woods, charred black brick, floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed steel, contemporary light fixtures, abstract artwork and pops of teal, orange, and red. The open concept gives guests views of the exhibition kitchen, wood-fired grill, the FIREBAR and lounge. Additionally, guests can enjoy their meals and drinks on a comfortable patio. A private dining room is available, as well as fully customizable menus for client meetings, birthdays, or private dinner parties.”
The restaurant offers a very interesting and mouth-watering option for customers which ranges from lobsters and salmons to rib-eyes and burgers according to a Dallas Morning news article from February 10 which reports,
“The most popular items on the menu are lobster spinach queso ($14.95 all day), wood-grilled salmon ($16.95 at lunch, $25.95 at dinner) and a Cajun rib-eye ($37.95 all day for 16 ounces).
The seven salads on the menu are generously portioned. The seared tuna superfood salad comes with a dozen pieces of sushi-grade tuna near a bed of spinach and grains dressed with a zingy avocado-lime vinaigrette.
The restaurant also sells seven burgers. The most popular is the Durango burger, a stunningly tall sandwich stacked with pepper jack cheese and fried onions. It’s one of several menu items with a Colorado theme: Even though this restaurant started in North Carolina and is now in Texas, founder Dennis Thompson had a home in Aspen, Colorado, and named several dishes in honor of it.
The Southwest au gratin potatoes, made with smoked tomato jack cheese sauce, are spicy and creamy. They’re a good match for the Cajun rib-eye, says Fort Worth chef Sean Martin.”
The new restaurant is situated at 2900 Amador Drive.
