Samsung HVAC America is expanding its headquarters in AllianceTexas by taking over the building’s full 360,000 square feet. It is their primary distribution center for the U.S. and Canada, according to a Dallas Innovates article which reports,
“This week, the company announced it’s not just innovating—it’s growing. Until now, it has been headquartered in 228,000 square feet of Alliance Gateway 55, a sprawling AllianceTexas industrial building in the northeast Fort Worth suburb of Roanoke. Moving forward, the company will now occupy the building’s entire 360,000 square feet.
The facility is Samsung HVAC’s primary distribution center for channels throughout the U.S. and Canada.”
