Dallas-based Arcis Golf continues to expand its portfolio by acquiring three prestigious golf courses, including Grayhawk Golf Club and Angel Park Golf Club, among others, according to a Dallas Morning News article. They say,
“Dallas-based Arcis Golf is adding three more top-tier golf courses to its growing portfolio.
Arcis, the nation’s second-largest owner and operator of golf facilities, said Monday it acquired Pacific Life’s three nationally recognized golf courses: Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz.; Angel Park Golf Club in Las Vegas; and Tijeras Creek Golf Club in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.
It marks Arcis’ 13th acquisition in less than two years and boosts its portfolio to nearly 70 clubs. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.”

“The company said this is its 13th club acquisition in less than two years. Since 2019, the company has also purchased Dominion Golf Group’s five private clubs and Mickelson Golf Properties (three resort/daily fee clubs and three private clubs).
In 2014, Arcis acquired 46 properties from CNL Lifestyles Properties.
With its latest three clubs, Arcis Golf now has nearly 70 clubs in its portfolio.”
